Director
BS. Mechanical/Electrical Engineering from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM), graduated with honors in 1991.
Master in Business Administration from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM), graduated with honors in 1997.

From 1990 to 2001, he worked at Banco Nacional de Comercio Exterior, on the Investment Banking Division, performing financing and equity investment functions. His experience includes operations in Mexico and Latin America.

From 2001 to 2009, he acted as partner in a well established Investment Banking firm, executing functions of Private Equity, M&A, and Financing.
​
His experience includes diverse economic sectors such as: financial, real state, logistic and distribution, retail, agro industrial, service sector, infrastructure, tourism, health, communications and public sector.
Jocelyn Novelo
Partner
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a Master in Finance from the Universidad Iberoamericana and the Instituto Estudios Bursátiles in Madrid.

Since 2015, she has participated in the preparation of financial models and investment prospectus for the firm's clients; performing in the different stages of the transactions, from their origination and structuring, through due-diligence, to the execution and closing of the project.

Since 2017, she has been involved in the field of regulatory compliance, serving as a compliance officer in the financial and real estate sectors, both locally and internationally.
​
Her experience encompasses the areas of Administration, Accounting, and Project Management, as well as fulfilling obligations related to Anti-Money Laundering.
Alejandro Davalos
Partner
Alejandro specializes in Corporate Finance and holds a degree in Public Accountancy from the Escuela Superior de Comercio y Administración del Instituto Politécnico Nacional. Graduated from Tecnológico de Monterrey as a Financial Analyst training level 1 CFA, as well as Development of Management Skills; Graduated from the Universidad Iberoamericana in Finance for leasing.

He currently works at Encinos Kapital as a consultant in Mergers and Acquisitions. Alejandro is in charge of the social networks to find potential investor & finance companies for our clients.

From 2015 to 2016, he participated in the startup RIO Capital as a founding partner.

From 2010 to 2015, he served as Funding Manager in the merger of German lessor CHG-Meridian México with El Camino Resources México, operating resource lines with recourse and without recourse through strategic alliances with financial institutions, structured finance with trusts, contracts In factoring, simple credits, current account and fiduciary debt issues.

From 2005 to 2009 he collaborated in Grupo Financiero BX + for the first two years in the Bank as Financial Information Manager; and later in the merger with the Brokerage House as Corporate Finance Manager in corporate bond issues in the stock market, obtaining authorizations before the BMV and the CNBV, elaborating the investment prospects for the investing public.
